My Spring Movie Expectations

Let's face it, Winter movie releases weren't all that great. Aside from a few (True Grit & King's Speech) there wasn't a lot of WOW happening on screen (Little Fockers, Green Hornet...). You could probably sum up the Winter movie season with a line from Tron "Woah man" However, I think the Spring season of movies is shaping up nicely. (Trailers below) I'm looking forward to Sucker Punch (totally off the wall kind of movie), Water for Elephants, Source Code, Pirates 4 and Super 8, plus a few more... Among those not mentioned for Spring Release: Mars Needs Moms, The Beaver (with Mel Gibson), Scream 4, Take Me Home Tonight, Thor, Priest, and some sequels: Hangover 2, Kung Fu Panda 2 and Cars 2 PLUS one prequel... X-Men: First Class.

It's going to be a great Spring movie season! One that the movie industry has needed for years. *On a side note, before you watch a few trailers, advertising on theatre screens in BC is available (limited spots) and the spring will be high exposure! Check out filmads.ca for more info.
