Best Intentions or Inventions

I don't know about you, but sometimes I start my day out with a list. It's a nice, clean, cool list that is just waiting for me to rip it to pieces; ready for me to cross off all those things with a nice thick black line. A complete sense of fulfillment comes from that line, even if it's only for a moment. Then at the end of the day, my list fades away. I look back and wish I did more. Those thick black lines no longer feel so fulfilling. I just wish I had crossed off more things.

Or perhaps you have those days where you know you were super busy, but you don't feel like you accomplished anything. I hate those days.

If you're like me, then you'll be lost in thoughts throughout the evening with how you wish you did more that day and you think that maybe tomorrow will be different. These pictures inspire me to want to be better not just tomorrow, but today.

I love how Ben's days were broken up very well to have time for work and everyday stuff. As a husband and a father, my time is not just important in my work, but in my relationships. My kids need my undivided attention and as does my wife. I need to learn to balance life and work. I need to be able to make the time I set aside for work to be as productive and useful as possible. With life I need to make that time just as relaxing, enjoyable and memorable as possible.

Cheers,
